Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. The
Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data from various sources
to generate insightful reports and dashboards for management and key stakeholders. The ideal
candidate should have a strong background in Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW),
Salesforce, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau. Additionally, experience in
Python, AI, ChatGPT, and App Script development will be advantageous. The Reporting Analyst
will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing accurate and timely reports that drive
business decisions and optimize operational performance.

Responsibilities:
? Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau and
other visualization tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to
established reporting standards.
? Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them
into effective data visualizations and actionable insights.
? Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources, including Salesforce and the
Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), ensuring data integrity and consistency.
? Perform data analysis, identify trends, and generate reports that provide key insights for
decision-making and performance monitoring.
? Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, identifying areas of improvement
and making recommendations based on data-driven insights.
? Utilize Python for data manipulation, transformation, and automation tasks to enhance
reporting capabilities.
? Create and maintain documentation for data sources, data models, and report
specifications to ensure consistent reporting practices.
? Continuously monitor data quality and troubleshoot data discrepancies, collaborating
with IT and other teams to resolve issues promptly.
? Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data visualization
techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems,
or a related field.
? Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role, with a strong emphasis on
data analysis and reporting.
? Proficient in utilizing Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW) concepts and methodologies.
? Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM and the ability to extract and analyze data from
the platform.
? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and
macros.
? Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
tools.
? Familiarity with Python programming language for data manipulation and automation
tasks.
? Familiarity with AI technologies, ChatGPT, and App Script development is a plus.
? Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive
meaningful insights.
? Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
? Strong communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and
present findings in a clear and concise manner.
? Available to work from 10 am to 7 pm CET, preferably.
