Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our fast-growing organisation. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise-level accounts. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to qualify leads and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to the sales process
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and capture market share
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential customers to understand their business needs, challenges and opportunities; & create persuasive sales proposals
  • Conduct in-person meetings with potential enterprises & deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients & work closely with the team to provide tailored solutions to address the specific needs of each enterprise customer
  • Lead negotiations for enterprise-level contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company in terms of pricing & SLAs
  • Closely work with the operations & accounts teams for seamless implementation and delivery of services

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree & 3-4 years of relevant working experience in E-commerce ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage & influence senior-level executives.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset & willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
  • Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretched goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
