Function Sales

Reporting to (Title) Business Head

Location Bangalore-Pune




Right Function B2B Sales with experience in acquiring enterprise logos

Right Organization Candidates who have selling experience into CRE (corporate real estate) or Facility functions of the customer. Experience of working with SaaS offer is preferred

Right Position Sales or BDM profile in the current company – Focused on acquiring new clients

Right Customer Segments IT/BFSI MNC and Top Indian Enterprises.

Right Mapping Corporate Real Estate Heads/Mangers or Facility Managers

Right Qualification Engineering AND/OR MBA

Right Experience       7+years – At least 4-5 years in Bangalore- Pune location

Right Companies Freespace, 75F, Smarten Spaces, Robin Powered (India), Condeco, WorkinSync, Siemens-Comfy, Godrej furniture, Schneider/Honeywell workplace division

PMC companies like JLL, CBRE. Target candidates who are in sales function with strong desire to move to technology selling


Specific Requirement - CRE function in the corporate, Software sales, carpet sales, meeting solution ETC. Working corporate client, don’t want candidate only work with builder or Residential real estate -Communication skills important



COMPETENCE & CAPABILITIES Formulating an annual sales plan including market analysis, segmentation, setting sales goals, and business development plan with schedules



  • Hunting for New Customer Logos
  • Selling to Senior Executives, Large Companies and MNCs
  • Good knowledge of Real estate market activities
  • One-on-One Relationship with the Client Stakeholders
  • Selling SaaS Solutions
  • Consistency in Achieving Monthly & Quarterly Targets
  • Experience of working with Partner Network to drive Indirect Sales
  • Ability to drive Digital Sales for SaaS offer to drive ARR revenue
