Manager - Business Development

Job Description:

• Lead generation with clientele.
• Develop new business relationships, generate, and negotiate new accounts for the staffing division.
• Handling client presentations and commercials.
• Actively and successfully manage the sales process with active service follow-up and handle troubleshooting.
• Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation, following Buzzworks procedure.
• Team handling and development.

• Handled a team of a minimum 2-5 associates
• Good communication skills
