Job Role: Technical HR Recruiter
As a Technical HR Recruiter your role would be to find and hire qualified candidates for
technical roles in our company. You would be responsible for filling open positions,
conducting interviews, and maintaining applicant records.
Responsibilities:
- Find potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and networking
- Pre-screen candidates to determine their qualifications
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates
- Negotiate job offers with candidates
- Composing job offer letters
- Build relationships with tech talent to create a pipeline for future hiring
- Keep records of applicants
- Onboarding new hires
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ year experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Extensive Experience using Naukri Portal , Monster, LinkedIn
- Education: BE / B.Tech, MCA
Skills:
- Having prior experience in technical recruitment
- Experienced with different interview format
- Technically expert that has the ability to understand and explain the job requirements
- Having familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
