Recruiter

- Someone who understands the START-UP gen Z hiring. (The hiring is going to be for the GEN Z, where-in we are expecting young, positive, high energy, matured, accountable and reliable hires for the company. The main X Factor in the candidate is going to be his/her attitude, wanting to work for start-up to be able to learn, contribute and gain knowledge. One who wants to be part of new age AI and ML product. Product companies will have a different mindset and psyche.)

Traditional hiring methods may not get us the best suitable candidates. We also want someone who will help set up the process, we want to have Problem solving and Critical thinking as one of the written test during the interview process, he/she should be able to adapt to that process. He/she should be able to use ChatGPT for scaling, rating and evaluating the candidates (or willing to learn ChatGPT for the said acitivity).
