Role Overview 
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead the sales function for a leading  technology firm specializing in cutting - edge solutions like cloud computing, edge processing, and  cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understandin g of the tech ecosystem, a proven  track record in B2B sales, and the ability to drive revenue growth in competitive markets. 

Key Responsibilities 

•Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve short - term and long - term  business objectives. 

• Identify and capture new business opportunities within enterprise - level organizations. 

• Manage and grow a high - performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals. 

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C - suite executives and IT  leaders. 

• Drive collaboration across departments, including product, marketing, and customer  success teams, to enhance client engagement. 

• Lead contract negotiations and close deals with a focus on profitability and long - term  partnerships. 

• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to position the company as a  leader in its field. 

• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the executive team. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred. 

• At least 10 years of sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role within the  technology sector (preferably cloud computing, SaaS, or IT solutions). 

• Demonstrable success in leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets. 

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, edge computing, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience in selling to enterprise clients and managing complex sales cycles. 

• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. 

Skills
