UiPath Automation Senior Engineer – Skill Set
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and REFramework
- Solid expertise in Selectors, Screen Scraping, and Exception Handling
- Practical experience with UiPath Orchestrator (Queues, Assets, Jobs)
- Good programming skills in VB.NET / C#
- Experience automating Web and Desktop applications (Citrix is a plus)
- Working knowledge of Excel, databases, APIs, and file handling
- Familiarity with QA processes, regression automation, and defect tools
- Experience with Git/TFS and basic CI/CD exposure
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automation solutions
- Convert business/test scenarios into robust automation workflows
- Follow RPA and QA best practices for scalability and reusability
- Perform code reviews and optimize existing automations
- Handle debug, root cause analysis, and production issues
- Coordinate with QA analysts, business users, and SMEs
- Prepare technical documentation (PDD, SDD, runbooks)
- Support regression runs and automation execution
- Mentor junior automation engineers
