A leading USA based Immigration law firm, is looking for an experienced India Inbound Immigration Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and consultation on Indian immigration processes for clients.
- Manage visa and immigration documentation, including work permits, residence permits, and other immigration-related documents.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in Indian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Assist clients in gathering and submitting necessary documentation for immigration applications.
- Communicate with clients to guide them through the entire immigration process and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all immigration-related activities comply with Indian law.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Indian immigration processes, including handling work visas, residency permits, and other documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian immigration laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and handle deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in using immigration case management software and systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
