Job Description:
We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team at RXO, Inc. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET technologies, Angular, and Microservices architecture to develop and maintain scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, and Web API.
- Build responsive and dynamic UI using Angular (latest versions).
- Develop and maintain Microservices-based architectures, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Work with SQL databases (MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), optimize queries, and maintain data integrity.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Utilize Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for deployment and infrastructure management.
- Follow Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure high-quality code by following best practices in clean coding, unit testing, and CI/CD.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.

? Frontend: Angular (Latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
? Backend: .NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, Web API
? Microservices: Development, Deployment, Event-Driven Architecture
? Database: MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (Preferred)
? DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
? Cloud Platforms: Azure (Preferred) / AWS / GCP
? Messaging Queues: Kafka, RabbitMQ (Good to have)
? Testing Frameworks: NUnit, xUnit, Jest (for Angular)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5-12 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices development and API integration.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cloud-based deployments (Azure/AWS).
- Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to GraphQL, Elasticsearch, or Redis is a plus.
