Key Responsibilities

Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and scope.

Defect Management:
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve issues.

Process Improvement:
- Review and refine quality assurance processes to improve efficiency.
- Provide feedback to teams for improving product quality and user experience.

Reporting:
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to stakeholders.
- Analyze metrics and trends to assess overall quality performance.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the implementation of quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
