Job Description
Solution Architecture & AI Implementation:
- Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder.
- Define AI-driven automation strategies using AI Builder for document processing, object detection, text classification, and predictive modeling.
- Develop and optimize Dataverse, Power Automate workflows, and Power Apps applications (Canvas & Model-driven).
- Guide the integration of AI models within Power Platform applications to enhance automation and data processing.
AI Builder & Intelligent Automation:
- Implement pre-built and custom AI models using AI Builder for business applications.
- Leverage OCR, form processing, sentiment analysis, and image recognition to automate manual processes.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots with Power Virtual Agents to enhance customer interactions.
- Train and fine-tune AI models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Integration & Custom Development:
- Design and implement custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Enable data-driven insights by integrating Power BI, AI Builder, and Azure AI services.
- Ensure seamless data flow between Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL, and external applications.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC), security models, and governance policies.
Technical Leadership & Best Practices:
- Define technical roadmaps, best practices, and governance frameworks for Power Platform AI solutions.
- Provide guidance on licensing, scalability, and cost optimization for AI Builder implementations.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay updated with Microsoft AI advancements and recommend innovative AI solutions.
