Position: Business Development Executive

 

We are looking for a resilient, emphatic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years proven consultative sales experience in selling Technology products, websites, e commerce, Digital Marketing services (Social Media Marketing, SEO, Media Publications, Creative services)
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Proven experience in closing enterprise-wide complex sales solutions, by structuring innovation, integrated solutions that provide IT decision makers value and support in achieving their business goals
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technology buying centres
 
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.

 

Target Based Job:

 

Annual Target: 50 Lacs INR – Technology and Marketing Services.

Target will be assigned on monthly basis from 2nd month onwards of joining. Market: Open – International (Major) and Domestic.

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 1-2 years proven consultative sales experience
  • Proven experience in prospecting and developing new business, by effectively building prospect lists and strong ability to transition prospects to clients
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Ability to connect high activity rate to achievement of personal, professional and financial goals
  • Any Relevant degree.
