Job Description

Individual Contributor (IC) Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Partner with the sales team to identify potential clients, analyze their business challenges, and align our solutions with their goals.
  2. Solution Design: Craft tailored cloud and edge computing architectures that address scalability, performance, and security requirements.
  3. Technical Presentations: Deliver impactful product demos, technical presentations, and workshops that demonstrate VergeCloud’s value.
  4. Proposal Development: Collaborate on RFPs and proposals, clearly communicating the technical and business advantages of our solutions.
  5. Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead PoC initiatives to validate solutions and gain client confidence.
  6. Post-Sales Collaboration: Ensure successful implementation by working closely with delivery teams and providing ongoing technical support to clients for seamless adoption.

Other Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement pre-sales processes and best practices to streamline client engagements.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to align technical solutions with market demands and strategic goals.
  3. Conduct training sessions for the sales team, enhancing their technical knowledge to improve client interactions.
  4. Ensure seamless hand-offs between pre-sales and implementation teams, guaranteeing
