  1. Certified in SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 & EC Implemenation.
  2. Experience in EC & ONB 2.0Implemenation.
  3. Experience in Onboarding 2.0 & Offboarding modules, Data Models, Foundation Objects, Workflow, Data Imports, and Permissions.
  4. Understanding of creating reports from Report Center - Ad-Hoc, Analytics, and ORD/Canvas Reports.
  5. Understanding of Configuration of data models - Corporate, Succession and Country-Specific.
  6. Understanding of ONB Implementation, Recruitment and RMK for SMB segment.
  7. Expert to write business rules in RCM & ONB.
  8. Understanding of Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, and Associations.
  9. Worked on enabling RCM & RMK Mapping.
  10. Understanding on RCM-RMK sync job from provisioning.
  11. Having experience in Leading SF team

 

Roles &Responsibilities:

 

Lead the SF technical team to deliver the highest quality.
Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.
Serve as a bridge between the client and the technical team to translate complex needs into technical understanding. Utilize your understanding of the system to advise your clients on boundaries and provide potential solutions to meet their needs. Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development.
Mentor the SF team members.
